NotAnAlter: Ancestral Recall

I know this is my altered art blog and all, but I know all of you like regular Magic the Gathering cards as well, so I figured I'd start a little column called NotAnAler. It'll have some scans of my most favorite and sought-after Magic the Gathering cards. Many of them are for sale in one online site or another, so if you're interested in purchasing them please feel free to post and I'll try to get in contact with you.

Yep, I also have some Power 9 cards. This Ancestral Recall is also pretty minty. I got it by trading in a bunch of cards at a Regionals event about 10 years ago (wow... seems like so long ago!). Funny thing about this card -- it was stolen about 20 minutes later! After filing a report and letting all of the judges at the event know, I left the event without it.

About 7 weeks later, I got a letter in the mail that my stolen card had been recovered! Lucky me. I guess stealing $400 + cards (at the time) from a 14 year old kid is bad karma.
