"Altered Dual Lands" by Eric Klug
Pretty standard alter, but Eric Klug definitely pulls these off well.
Even upon closer inspection, you can't really tell that they're inked. (at least from the scans). These would be pretty cool for a person's EDH deck if they intended to keep the cards forever.
